c++ tutorial :: programmer's log

Site will start reflecting an in-progress c++ tutorial available here.
This tutorial will be updated on a weekly basis, and will start from the very beginnings of the c++ language.

I am looking for a dedicated server offering multiple-level sub-directories.
I need to be able to span about twelve directories. If you know of one for cheap, let me know: dave@davescode.com.
